How did your singing career begin? I have been singing since I was a teenager. I started performing on the restaurant scene to begin with and things have grown since then. I have also done quite a bit of charity work: as a Jewish officer I do a lot of performing for the Jewish community. I did a performance for a Jewish charity and they asked me to perform at their UK launch last summer and from that I did a show in front of Ron Prosor, the Israeli ambassador to the UK, and Avram Grant [the Portsmouth FC manager]. I originally studied fine art and so I have always been interested in the arts. My family are not particularly musical but I taught myself to play the guitar when I was 12 years old ....”
