aB or Andy Bowen has been exploring his musical universe for 7 years now. With over 400 songs to date and never slowing down or becoming sidetracked aB is a master of focus and expression. aB understands we are rapidly losing touch with who we are as individuals. Clever and playful aB has a way of elevating one’s mind out of the swamp of everyday spoon fed life. During a news interview he said "My music is a way to fight back, fend off some of the stereotypical induced reality". aB is more than just a face on a CD, he is a poet, a strong writer,an innovator,a teacher and most of all, a very real person.

About
This is my scratch in forever, my passion, my art and most importantly my way of contacting you. I know this world is not right, I also know how lonely that understanding can make one feel. I have buried my face in books, studied people and researched through and through to discover nothing is as it seems. All emotion good and bad have only relative temporary meaning to what we perceive as time (So staying upset is an incredible waste). If life is beating down on you, beat it back, if life is great, its best to determine why and keep it that way. Walk with caution for each step has its own agenda, be prepared for anything.
Without flooding this with my philosophy, my point, my goal and mission is to open closed minds or further the school of thought one might already be involved in.
Live. Why? Theres nothing else to do, so enjoy it
