Bio

After A Thousand, with their current lineup, formed in 2004 as the house band for The Open Door progressive worship at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Staunton, VA. They have recently stepped out to become a more visible presence in the community by playing shows for local youth groups, hosting youth events and other worship events at their home church, and hosting the first ever Ekklesia festival in Gypsy Hill Park, Staunton on October 13, 2007. After A Thousand continues to lead worship for The Open Door every Sunday morning starting at 8:30 AM at St. Paul's Church.
