“Zero Amigo wrote and performed original material but their influences were obvious in all songs. Add Feeder to Blur and times it with kings of Leon and Zero Amigo is the outcome. Despite this, the band came across as energetic and entertaining. Ritchie was incredibly relaxed and comfortable on stage. Their drummer was passionate and was very entertaining to watch. Vocals came across as equally entertaining and passionate. The bassist seemed to take him a couple of songs to loosen up and get into it but was incredibly talented. These aren’t your typical crappy amateur band you find in your pub on a Saturday night. They are well rehearsed, entertaining and most of all, talented. They’d obviously become incredibly popular if they played further afield. It’s clear that all band members love what they do, their passion shines through their performance and i don’t doubt that big things lie ahead for Zero Amigo.”
