Bio: Some tell stories of a deranged lunatic punk rocker, who after he rebelled against every thing he could in society, rebelled against his own damn nature. “Prepare yourself, because Urges From Elsewhere is coming to the House of Rock on the 28th of October to unsettle you with their distinctive music. Categorized as “Drunkabilly”, their style features a blending of classic rock, folk, Spanish bullfighting, indie rock, and rockabilly. Once you mix in some alcohol you get their official sound, “Drunkabilly”, the only way they have found to sum it up. Based out of the Twin Cities, one of the focuses of the band was to give back to the communities and last year raised around $5,000 between the Neillsville Legion Hall and Veterans Board, and Sisters Camelot Food Pantry. They began their whiskey soaked journey in 2008, roaming the Midwest and spreading the word of Drunkabilly. Shaking the rafters wherever they go, this irrepressible band dropped their first full length album Illegitimate Offspring last year and has another one in the works for next year.”
