Tracie Henson - Strings of Glory Music / Press

“Local and visiting musicians and homemade desserts are again featured in the 12th season of Music in the Firelands at the Wolcott Keeper’s House, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 10. Tracie Henson and her “Strings of Glory” perform from noon to 2 p.m. with traditional dulcimer music. Henson, from Oak Harbor, has been playing the dulcimer for nearly 20 years, and performs at festivals, weddings and other events throughout the Midwest area. Her music is from the 16th Century through the Civil War era. She and her husband, DeWayne, are also active in Civil War reenactments. ”

“We always enjoy having our local hammered dulcimer instrumentalist play at our functions. She is a real treat to listen to.”
