Tony Scalzo / Press

“Scalzo has been writing songs for quite some time and stumbled upon a hit when he penned Fastball's greatest hit, "The Way" off their 1998 platinum album, "All the Pain Money Can Buy." The album was the Austin Chronicle's 1998 album of the year. Fastball has continued making music since then with forays into Nashville songwriting, collaborations with other Texas artists and most recently, 2009's "Little White Lies" which is quite a good album.”
