Q: Tell me about your song Give A Little Bit and its tribute to Levon. Thanks

A: Tommy wrote "Give a Little Bit" quite a while ago and published it with Muscle Shoals Sound Music Pub. He did a demo of the song with Muscle Shoals "Swampers" David Hood, bass and Roger Hawkins, drums. When Levon came to Muscle Shoals to record a solo album he heard the demo and another titled "The Got Song" and recorded both. Tommy later made it a Tribute to Levon when recording one of his albums "Let's Get Outta Here." Because he appreciated Levon's version of the song. http://www.hittinthenote.com/cart/s-133-tommy-talton.aspx
