The University of St Andrews New Music Ensemble performs a program of 20th and 21st Century Amercian Music, including 1950s miniatures by Morton Feldman, and music by Milton Babbitt, Andre Previn, and a world premiere by Timothy Lee Miller. The program is a lunch time concert.
Project 142 presents DUO MODERNE (Lauren Alfano, soprano and Noby Ishida, piano), an acclaimed NYC-based ensemble dedicated to performing the music of this century alongside art song from earlier eras. The concert will take place on Tuesday, September 16th at 8:00pm at the Norman S. Benzaquen Hall, DiMenna Center, NYC (450 West 37th Street, between 9th & 10th Avenues, New York, NY 10018).
