“Timothy A. Braswell, who has produced, engineered and mixed the majority of his songs, says: "The emotional intensity of the task(producing) brings out the best in me, when I've had tragedy or deep emotional issues, I've had this creativity that comes out of it.” He says he gets inspired when things get difficult. "I think that we have been too quick to jump to conclusions about how music influences our personalities. I think when you hear a song or tune, and you experience the kind of emotions associated with the melody or the lyrics, and you feel as though time just stands still, well, that feeling doesn't sustain. You get a temporary emotional high but that's it. No way are you going to be a different person. Music excites us and replenishes us for instance at the end of a long tiring day. I like to think of music as a "soundtrack" for our lives. If only one person tells you they can identify with a song you've written, I feel as a song writer, you've done your job," (Condensed)”
