This Holiday season you have the opportunity to shake off your sub-zero blues, throw on a spiffy hat, shiny shoes, and best attire and come out to a night of live musical entertainment to dance the night away for a wonderful cause. The benefit concert will take place on Sunday December 21st at Danny's on Douglas in downtown Elgin Il. This event will fundraise for two Elgin charities including Feeding Greater Elgin, a local food pantry and the Elgin Crisis Center. Admission to the event will cost $15 per person. There is a student rate of $10 if you show your student ID at the door. Unlimited food and drink (pizza and pop) will be provided with the purchase of a ticket. In addition, there will be a raffle and auction with awesome items and prizes that you will not want to miss to go along with the truly exceptional musical entertainment that you will be provided with. All attendees are encouraged to bring a canned food item as well, which will be directly donated to the Elgin Crisis Center. This event is designed to be a night of fun and joy within the community while ensuring that our neighbors who are less fortunate and experience many difficulties to provide for their family's and themselves during the Holiday Season, have the opportunity to give their family's perhaps the most memorable Holiday season yet.
