“Look out London, there is a new band on the horizon...that is filled with refreshing energy, great talent and musical wonderment. This 5pc. rockabilly/swing band made their debut on Shakin' Katz Radio and rocked the airwaves with 4 tunes that showcased their vast skill's. 3 original members Mike,Paul & Steve along with two new members Cole & Dana combine together for the New & Improved Hi-Tones sound that will surely have everyone up dancing as they prepare to take the London scene by storm.”

“Ready to rock the house...the Hi-Tones blasted onto the stage with their big, energetic, fresh, new rockabilly/swing sound that had everyone shakin' and a tappin' to the beat last night. The infusion of old and new members has created such a new dimension to the Hi-Tones sound & music. It was a pleasure Guy's and Gal, thank you so much! Special Thank You to all that came out last night filling the club to standing room only and showing your support to really great local talent and the diversity of music that can be found in London!”

“My first musical stop was Friday night at the newly reopened Brass Door on King st, which with new ownership, staff, paint and a revamped stage, it’s now simply called “The Brass”. The Headliners were the Hi-Tones who have come a long way in a few short years to be a force to be reckoned with on the swing-a-billy scene. Paul Wickerson is an incredibly underrated guitarist and Mike Sheehan’s vocals were a surprise indeed. (I don’t think I ever caught Mike’s singing in the Duke Sedan days?) Dana Hartman was of course her usual, high energy, charming self and set the night on fire! The stand out song being her take on Wanda Jackson’s “Let’s Have a Party”.”

“The Hi-Tones released two great singles "Rocco Perri" & "4 on the Floor" each filled with the diversity, talent & magic that this band has been stirring up in their live performances across Southern Ontario and a recent gig in Toronto. "Rocco Perri" grabs your attention at the first needle drop with it's toe tappin' big beat sound that takes you back to a time when the clubs were a swing'n & a jiv'n to the coolest hip swing sounds. "4 on the Floor" gives you that sexy, loungie feel reminiscent of days gone by...captivating you in the intensity of the music in a smoke filled back alley bar where the evils of hard liquor, lipstick stained shirts and sultry grinding body's filled the room. We thank the Hi-Tones for allowing us to be the first to share these two tunes on the air waves & of courses the chit chat!”
