"No more than 20 festival-goers were on hand for The Wine Loft’s final act of the weekend, folk/country trio Dirt Scab Band, but they didn’t appear to notice. The three men needed nothing more than their unplugged instruments—guitar, stand-up bass, fiddle and banjo — and a single microphone in the middle to waltz through an hour-long set of rootsy, moving tunes that hearken back to an era when studio recordings were made the same way. A few people swayed through the bar at times, but the crowd at The Wine Loft ended just as it began — sparse — meaning most festival-goers missed one of the more special performances of the weekend."
