“Fans have compared [Theresa Ratliff's] big, booming voice to Janis Joplin and her quirky style to Natalie Merchant of 10,000 Maniacs alternative band fame and more recently sustaining her solo career. Ratliff's boyfriend, Brian Bramkamp, sings and accompanies her on the electric and acoustic guitars. He named their act Woodrow after a "Saturday Night Live" character who always tickled his funny bone.”
