Tennessee Murder club / Press

“In the tradition of brutal 90's death metal, "Carving a Legacy" has made its incision on our region. After it's haunting 30 second intro, the skin-searing second cut "Hellspeak burns a wicked scar on your meek heart, and yet it keep your blood flowing. Keeping with the death metal origin, "Polluted" and "The Lion's Den" battle on like a sword unsheathed, bloodied and ready for more. The limp-ripping fun continues with "Flesh Mob," a track that starts with pounding pleasure, and then, at about the minute-and-a-half point, it explodes into a flaming riffs of distortion that tickle the inside of my mouth. Track seven, entitled "Chloroform," will reach up at you like a hand from a murky fog and grab you by the throat because it is so suffocating with heaviness.”

“The TMC is a death metal band that combines the good work done after 95 and what has been done pre-95, a union of new and old school death metal from a band born only in 2009. At 3 years after their birth here is the first Full Length which bodes well for the glory of futuro.Dai Fall and The Blinding Light members seem to master death metal with some certainty in all areas, from the modern slam Slow (The Lions den) to the dry, rotten old school (Flesh Mob) They can not take a personal way, but unfortunately it's still a nice job, well played, well built and without fillers. Put experience and something these guys will melodeath Scandinavian and a bang.”

“WTF!? TMC is like if ENTOMBED and BLACK DAHLIA MURDER were put in a gunny sack and used as a punching bag for Leather Face. Probably one of the most unique guitar works with tempo changes you'll hear in years. Vocals are a stand out from todays 'cookie cutter' growls which tops of this bands uniqueness. Plus they're just f*ckin scary lookin... ”

“My personal opinion regarding Tennessee Murder Club is that they are the most brutal band to grace the stage in Sioux Falls SD. Never have I seen a more talented group of musicians that bring to the audience not only an excellent audio experience but a stunning visual one as well. TMC is definitely a complete musical experience that one should experience in his/her life time. I have never gotten the chills to go down my spine with any other band like TMC has. From the costumes, to the sick guitar riffs to the pounding drums to the excellent stage presence that the singer has.. TMC is where its at. It is an honor to have met these guys and to have been able to work with them as well. TOP NOTCH SICK AS A MOTHERFUCKER SHIT!!”
