NOMA Music is selecting BandLab/ReverbNation artists for song placements in major feature films, TV, web, ads, soundtracks, and more. Submitted material does not have to be from a recent release; NOMA is interested in professionally produced music from all genres and styles, spanning all decades.
Deal Terms
- Only serious artists who own and/or control all rights to their songs, as well as recording and publishing shares (unless a cover) that are ready to correspond with NOMA upon selection need apply
- Only self-published songs can be considered
- Do not submit songs that contain AI elements, either within the recording or the vocals
- Song must not be previously submitted to any other exclusive sync placement program
- If selected, you will enter into a Sync Licensing Agreement with NOMA Music
- Artist will generally grant Non-Exclusive sync rights as to submitted song, if selected
- Compensation: 50-50 split on any paid sync use
Musical styles of particular interest currently include:
- Songs with a timeless feel and sound
- Older recordings that are similar in style and vocal to known recording acts- especially from 1990s and back to the 1930s (all styles of music are welcome within this range, vocals and instrumentals)
- Hybrid music works, combination of different styles
- Songs sung in non US languages (Eg: French, Italian, etc.)
- Songs with messages and general themes about life (the good, the bad, etc.)
- Older, broadcast quality recordings from past decades that are just laying around and collecting dust are of interest
By submitting you represent and warrant that you own or control all necessary rights in and to the content submitted.
