GI Film Festival - Congressional Reception The five day event brings together luminaries from Hollywood, Congress and the Military. The Festival's program line-up offers moviegoers a wide variety of independent films including documentaries, narrative features, and shorts, as well as a program of panel discussions. Scott Sturla sang a moving tribute, 8 Days, to his brother who was wounded in Iraq after being in country just over a week. And like so many other courageous soldiers, Scott’s brother recently returned to the fight.
