“Guitarist/singer Steven Woolley who currently hails from St. Louis, is best known as a founding member of the award winning country gospel group Crimson River Band. He is also known for his solo performances throughout the St. Louis region covering artists ranging from Lady Gaga to Tom Petty, performing as a duo with Steve Ewing, the former front man of The Urge. On this night, Woolley performed for a moderate sport and dinner crowd that modestly soaked in the tunes. The set was delivered in a relaxed manner which melded perfectly with the casual atmosphere of the establishment. Over a period of an hour and a half, Steven was clearly relishing in the joys of performing for others while belting out such popular songs such as Lady Gaga’s “Pokerface”, Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean”, Tom Petty’s “Free Falling”, and Tenacious D’s “Tribute”.
