Improving your Health with Life Long Behavior Change
Tuesday, February 26th at 7 - 8 pm, with Lisa Eberhart, NC State Dietitian
Americans make many New Year's resolutions and most are abandoned before March 1st. We all have decided to improve our diet and exercise and lose 20 lbs and get more sleep and add relaxation into our day... But we rarely achieve those lofty goals. Lisa will speak on the manageable goal of making one change and planning on that change to be life long, giving examples of six behavior changes that will have an impact on your long term health and wellness. Choose one of these changes and your health will be improved for the long run. Everyone should be able to take something home with them and get started on a healthier 2013!
