the LONESOME ONES: Formed out of the likes of such hard rockin' bands as Los Infernos (Dr Dream Records), Second Chance (Loaded Bomb Records), Longway (Old Shoe Records) & The Legendary Swagger (Loaded Bomb Records)...The Lonesome Ones are throwing back to the days of old with a blend of 60's and Garage Rock with a little Punk Rock attitude. These veterans have been around the block a few times and know what good music is supposed to sound like. They have created some great stripped down good ole rock n' roll right out of the garage!
HARD FALL HEARTS: Hailing from San Diego, this Punk/Rockabilly outfit is here to stay through the blood sweat and tears! Hard Fall Hearts' sound is both dark and distinct yet reverent to the roots of rock-n-roll. As always pressing the pedal to the metal these boys have been playing great SoCal/Regional venues, Europe, and US tours for the past 5 years. In March of 2008 front man Bryan Kelly captured the attention of Drummer Eli Rinek and Upright Bassist Ian Watson aka "Rocket" with his haunting melodies. With the manic slapping style of Rocket uniquely complimenting the steady, hard driving back beats from Eli, HFH was born! Playing a show 24 hours after their first rehearsal these boys knew they were firing on all cylinders! In fact, that in itself motivated the title of their debut album, 'Last 24 Hours', released in October of 2008. Utilizing their creative momentum, HFH finished recording their second album 'To All Believers' in Jan of 2010 and it was released on Double Barrel Records on March 26th. That coincided with a 6 week tour of Europe and Western US tour in early 2011. After some personnel changes on Bass, Kyle Olson aka "KRO" joined the band for a 4 week tour of Europe in June of 2012. Kyle will do Bass tracks for the upcoming HFH album scheduled for release in early 2013. These boys are definitely a band you'll wanna keep your eye on. Making friends and fans one show at a time, Hard Fall Hearts are sure to turn any dull day into a wild night!
RECKLESS ONES: Vintage Style-Modern Sound. Reckless Ones are rock 'n' roll, plain and simple. Not concerned with the electronic sounds of the modern day but an honest statement in this phony world. A sound from the heart that doesn't apologize for anything. Reckless Ones are a three-man gang, pitting themselves against the world, doing it all alone. You won't see a band this hard-working outside of the movies. Giving it their all to deliver dynamic sets for each unsuspecting crowd, proudly quashing the hippest of hipsters' notions, setting everyone's feet flying, and by the end of the night, everyone's feeling reckless. Before their first gig in 2009 they were in the studio recording their debut album "Make Your Move." Before the record was out they were shooting a music video. Before the records had time to cool from the presses they'd booked back-to-back U.S. and U.K. tours. And rather then rest, they got right back in the studio in 2010 to record their newest record "Set the World on Fire," then did another week abroad playing festivals in Finland, France and Spain. In September the album was released, and the touring continued; one more US tour and constant regional shows. In August 2011 they were just getting back from their third European tour covering France, Finland, and Belgium; playing three festivals and numerous club dates. All this touring taught them that there are no language barriers in rock 'n' roll; these boys won 'em over. And they just won't sit still. They're packing up and shipping out, as we speak.....
PASS THE AXE has changed the standard of San Diego's diminished Rock n' Roll scene. They've played around the west coast since 2008 and recently began touring as far as Salt Lake City and have played with artists such as Agent Orange, Duane Peters, Steven Adler, Three Bad Jacks, Calabrese, The Freeze, Prima Donna, and many others. The band is fronted by Jake Loban, formerly of Career Soldiers and The Unseen and backed by fellow soldier Ricky Kissel on lead guitar, Mike Hertel on Drums, and most recently, Ricky Martinez on Bass.
