Writing, producing shows, festivals, theaters, and series, Caroline has also served 12 years as Entertainment Director for the Atlanta Dogwood Festival.\n\nPhyllis Tannerfrye\nPhyllis is South Carolina's Lowcountry Zen Songster ... and Rag Painter. She grew up singin the gospel way out in Georgetown County in a big Baptist family. Live oaks, dirt roads, chickens under the porch, homemade butter, and hundreds of cousins. With a head full of Dylan in the early seventies, she left the church to scream rock and roll for three bands on the Grand Strand, left rock and roll in the mid eighties to raise her daughter, and turned into a song magician on a mission. Her inspiration burst, and she landed on the highway in 2001 as a solo songster. ...so these 'mysterious and beautiful works of art' are rooted in the Broadman Hymnal and rock and roll.\n\nDanielle Howle\nAwendaw Green's Artist in Residence. Considered by many to be South Carolina's best kept musical secret, Danielle Howle is a punk rock girl with the voice of a honkeytonk angel. As comfortable sharing the stage with Bob Dylan as Fugazzi, she has garnered worldwide acclaim while somehow remaining under the radar of mainstream America. Now is the time for South Carolina to share it's secret with the rest of America.\n\nSamsara\n\nA brand new band that plays an alternative/indie/punk mixture of original songs.\n\n
