Kitchen Fire is a San Francisco based 4 piece playing their own brand of Americana Alt-Country music.
With Katie Holman on steel-stringed acoustic guitar and vocals, Dan Seidel bass and vocals, John Harris lead guitar and Steve Pearson drums and backing vocals, the band blends vocal harmonies with country-rock rhythms to deliver powerful and memorable music. video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRj1B2hcUsg
The 10 busy years since his debut record in 2000 have included 3 additional critically acclaimed albums, hundreds of gigs from coast to coast, many published songs and co-writes, production credits on many notable records and numerous prominent film and television placements. “Starting All Over Again” seems like an ironic title for someone with this level of credits, especially as McCulley’s new record is drenched in his classic, road-tested sound: satisfying melodies, chiming guitars, humable harmonies, whirling organs, soaring strings, all the elements of catchy roots pop delivered in tightly polished songs. Rich's hit, "Forget it All Again" from his album, Cerro Gordo landed a spot on TV's hit show, Gray's Anatomy. Video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fma6refhSUA
As featured performers in the lounge at the historic Fillmore Auditorium, The GoldDiggers have opened shows for a wide range of artists including Chris Isaak, Robert E arl Keen, Drive-By Truckers, and Tesla.
The GoldDiggers sprang onto the scene in the Spring of 2008 with a live performance on world-renowned KPIG Radio and a run of highly-charged shows through the clubs and dives of San Francisco and Marin County, eventually expanding to a sextet with piano and steel guitar, and at times featuring as many as 7 or 8 musicians.
The band regrouped as a trio at the end of 2010 and debuted the tighter, leaner sound on New Year’s Eve at The Fillmore Poster Room. In 2011, the band opened local shows for national touring acts like Deke Dickerson and Hellbound Glory, played both the Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan tribute shows in San Francisco, went on tour to Austin, TX, and played a free concert at the bandshell in Golden Gate Park.
