Heavy Mental Fest is a music/charity event in which all kinds of rock & metal bands are invited to come and blow the roof off the Riverside Tavern in the name of raising money for mental health charities. Any genre of metal is invited from melodic metal to Grindcore.\n\nHeavy Mental Fest will also be holding some "insane" competitions ranging from custard sumo wrestling to good old fashioned wet T-shirt (and wet underpants) contests. A raffle will also feature some Merchandise from any bands that play on the day and other prizes.\n\nThis is going to be a blast and all we ask is that you leave your brain at home and come and rock out in the name of charity! Heavy Mental Fest will be unlike any metal festival you've seen before!
