DESCRIPTION:Age Limit: All Ages\n\nDetails: That should be the debate now that the Ghana-born Minneapolis rapper (real name: Kwame Tsikata, 25) is finally issuing his debut CD, "Manifestations," paid for in large part with money he earned from a nationwide Pepsi advertising campaign.\n\nThe disc is very Kanye-esque, with clever and cocky but not trite or trashy party tracks, plus harder-hitting topical gems with worldly scope. There's plenty of Afrocentrism, too, but as the track "Africa Represent" seems to suggest, this guy's out to be the best rapper of any nationality.
