Bob Dylan in the USA and Billy Bragg in the UK are among the many songwriters who fell under his spell.\n\nWoody was an active participant in the often violent and even lethal struggles of organised labour in 1930&#39;s USA. He was also a determined fighter against Fascism. On his guitar was emblazoned: &quot;This machine kills Fascists&quot; Dave Merrick (Narration, Guitar and Vocals) and Clive Mills (Guitar and Vocals) bring Woody back to life with live music, spoken word and film.
