On Friday, October 7th, see and hear the winners of 24 Detroit Music Awards, Sweet Crystal, which combines progressive, powerful, and passionate rock with an inspirational message. From the ancestral home of English heavy metal in Birmingham, UK, Guy Snowdon & The Citizens presents a brand new sound infused with anthemic guitars, blues rock beats, hair metal screams, and Americana harmonies. While Stella Blu is a funky, pop rock that some have described as a modern-day Fleetwood Mac with an indie spin. From Grand Rapids, this five-piece meshes eclectic influences, three-part harmonies, and infectious melodies.

Trying to find live music events around the East Lansing area? Look no further than the Double Clutch Lounge, located in High Caliber Karting & Entertainment’s 25,000 sq foot addition, the newest live music venue in mid-Michigan, and all events are FREE to enter. Featuring different local bands and genres every Friday night at 7 PM, come in, drink, dance, and throw some axes at the chillest, yet most active lounge and bar that you could ever find.

Drink specials and food are available at the Double Clutch bar and as stated earlier, there is no cover to come in and enjoy the tunes! Music beings at 7, but doors to Double Clutch and its many fun activities are available at noon when High Caliber opens. Those activities include Axe Throwing, Throwbowling, and the assault arena. Activity wrist bands can be purchased at High Caliber’s front desk.
