THERE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.\n\n\nALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE SMALL SCHOOL, HARTLAND, NORTH DEVON AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS.\n\nAS THIS IS A SCHOOL FUNDRAISER IN A VILLAGE HALL, NOT A FESTIVAL, WE CANNOT PAY ENTERTAINERS, INCLUDING BANDS, OR PROVIDE ANY TRAVEL EXPENSES, BUT EVERY ENTERTAINER HAS A TICKET TO THE FAERY BALL, A TWO COURSE MEAL AT THE FAERY BALL, AND A GUEST TICKET - BUT WE CANNOT FEED EVERYONE FOR FREE AS THIS IS A FUNDRAISER, SO GUESTS OF ENTERTAINERS DO NOT GET A FREE MEAL, AS THEY ARE NOT ENTERTAINING US. PLEASE ACCEPT THIS EVERYONE !\n\nStalls and workshops at the faery fayre from 11 am to 4 pm, with VEGETARIAN ONLY cakes, sandwiches, teas and coffees on sale, and outdoor acoustic music. 7 hours of musical entertainment at the faery ball from 5pm to Midnight, with a 2 course VEGETARIAN MEAL on sale. (The Small School serves only vegetarian lunches to students and staff.) Also bar from 7pm to midnight.\n\nStalls are for 5 hours, not 6 this time, as it was clear that stallholders wanted to pack up earlier in 2015, but there is no increase in stall fee for the 2nd year running, and £20 for an indoor stall with table space includes £10 entry to the faery ball in the evening, which we hope you will make good use of. There will be stalls on the stage as well in 2016, so there will be room for rails, but please let us know if you are bringing a rail. There are also outdoor spaces again, for £15 WITHOUT a table, including a faery ball ticket worth £10. You are advised to bring a gazebo for outdoor stalls ! \n\nWE ARE UNABLE TO RESERVE STALL SPACES AS THESE ARE LIMITED !
