I'm proud to announce that I am a part of Band Together for ALS (an all-day music festival) on September 14th at the Brick House Kitchen. My friend, Graham Whorley, hosts this concert every year in memory of his sister Laura Williams who was taken by ALS 8 years ago. In her fun loving and truly wicked wonderful spirit, Graham has gathered 11 bands to come together on one stage to raise awareness of ALS and money to help support research of this terrible disease. The full day concert is sponsored by Holy City Brewing, kicks off at 11:00 a.m and features live music from my band (The Hibachi Heroes at noon) and such top Charleston acts as Mark Bryan from Hootie and The Blowfish, Ben Fagan & the Holy City Hooligans, the Blues Legend Drink Small, The Rev Johnny Mac and many more. Tickets to the event are $25 and can be purchased the day of, or ahead of time on the internet. All of the donations/proceeds will be used to fund research initiatives directed at finding a cure for ALS! I need your help to make a difference! Go to: http://bandtogetherals.kintera.org/hibachiheroes and make an online, tax-deductible donation and help me in my effort in the fight against ALS. Plus, every $25 donation that you donate online prior to the event gets you a ticket to the Band Together for ALS concert! No tip is too small to make a difference, but that's right, simply
make a $25 donation in my virtual “tip” jar and receive a complimentary ticket to attend this all-day concert event!
Join me on September 14th and help me rock out ALS!
