NECK's Punx Picninc Acoustic 'Unplugged / Traditional Irish music' session
Us feckers from Neck playing an 'Unplugged / Traditional Irish music session' set to tie-in with the North London Punk's Picnic.
It's from 3pm-5pm & it's feckin' FREE!!!!!!!
Come & join the band for something new: the pick of the usual Neck live set given the completely stripped-down, acoustic treatment (no amps) - plus some old faves, some Irish standards & even covers we don't usually play at electric gigs, & a few oul' Jigs & Reels thrown-in for good measure! Over half the band play in Trad. Irish sessions - that's our background, as much as going to Punk gigs - so we thought it would be a good idea to incorporate that purely acoustic, impromptu vibe into an Unplugged gig, making it something very different & very special - the acoustics in the venue are great, as is the vibe, AND the drinks are cheap - it's a great setting for it too, so - & the craic's mighty! So get yerselves along!
