The Southern Theatre in collaboration with Earfone Records presents the Hydroponic Jazz Cafe, an evening of Jazz infused with a unique blend of Hip Hop and R&B featuring Twin Cities own Walter Chancellor.

Mr. Chancellor has been on the Twin Cities music scene for more than a decade. During this period, he has performed and collaborated with respected artists such as Prince, Chaka Khan and Candy Dulfer. His current release Hydroponic Jazz is an innovative mix of tweleve original compositions plus a bonus track, written, arranaged, produced, and performed by Chancellor.

With the release of Hydroponic Jazz, Chancellor demonstrates not only his prowess on sax and flute, but aslo his skills as a composer, arranger and producer. The evening will be a spicy gumbo of collaborations with a variety of artists.
