If you'd like to sponsor us, or get your mum/dad/friend/dog to sponsor you, please head over here: http://www.justgiving.com/Bristol-Macmillathon\n\nAs well as over 30 of the most talented local musicians, there will be face painting, cakes, pie the promoter, professional photography, videos, games, raffle and PARTY HATS :) We'll also be publicising the Macmillathon extensively online, as well as throughout Bristol's media (radio, newspapers, magazines and TV), so we're hoping this will be great exposure for everyone who gets involved!\n\nOne of our close friends was sadly recently diagnosed with breast cancer. At 26, you just never think it will happen to you or someone you love. Although she's doing incredibly well, all things considered, it's been such a tough battle, both physically and emotionally.\n\nThroughout her treatment, we have become acutely aware of the amazing work Macmillan do - they are there with emotional, practical and financial support every step of the way, for anyone affected by cancer.\n\nWe wanted to do something to say thank you, as well as celebrate the end of a tough year for our friend.
