I'm sorry to do this through comments, but RN won't allow me to message you. It suggested this "comment" approach. I hope this reaches you... Dear Alayna, Caitlyn, and Keira, my name is Joan Hutcheson, I live in Brooklyn, New York, and I like to make music. So much, in fact, that I'm booking a tour for this April and I plan to make it all the way to Columbus before the East coast calls me back. I'll be traveling with a buddy of mine, Nick Loss-Eaton, who also likes to make music, and who performs as "Leland Sundries". His booking skills are formidable, and he has already arranged a show for our 2 acts at Oldfield's in Columbus (2590 N High St) on Friday, April 27th. They are requiring that we book 2 local acts on the bill as well, which is both an exciting and difficult request. Obviously, having only a handful of acquaintances in Ohio, we are worried we cannot find 2 good local matches for our show. But behold! Upon searching Reverb Nation, I found your lovely group, and was heartened. Your harmonies are lovely! I'm writing and crossing my fingers that your group might like to come play this show with us, and that perhaps miraculously, you have a friend who would also like to perform…? It is a lot to ask, but we would enjoy sharing the bill with you, and we would certainly do all we could to return the favor here in NYC, should you ever tour our way. We need to confirm with Oldfield's quickly (in 1 week, yipes!), so please be in touch as soon as you can, even if it is only to decline. We're reaching out to a handful of Columbus acts, but if you have any recommendations, or can pass our request along, we would GREATLY appreciate the help! (I believe you are familiar with Deadwood Floats, whom we reached out to earlier tonight - still hoping they are interested, too!) If you'd like more on what we do, here is my website: www.joansmusic.com and here is Nick's (Leland Sundries): http://www.lelandsundries.com/ We look forward to hearing from you! Sincerely, Joan "Yeah, well I've got a dream, too, but it's about singing and dancing and making people happy. That's the kind of dream that get's better the more people you share it with." -Kermit The Frog

The heady, glorious harmonies hit me immediately. You folks can really sing! There's sweetness in this music, but I especially love that it is all tinged with melancholy. Frank Smith

Bio:
Keira and Caitlyn had always played music together, until one thanksgiving night, Alayna joined them in an a cappella version of "For Emma." Caitlyn and Keira knew what they lacked- a third harmony. But Alayna didn't turn out to be any old third harmony, but one created by the same... vocal.. c...See Full Bio
