Rob Mancini / Press

“From the begining, this album had those elements of the early 90′s melodic rock scene that I loved so much – the catchy choruses, the solid guitar riffs, the great quality of the vocals (the likes of which viewers of the X Factor have been denied for years), and some great keyboards. But this album simply didn’t sound like an early 90′s rock album. It was just too modern for that. It was almost as if someone had managed to combine the talents and styles of Slippery When Wet/Keep The Faith era Jon Bon Jovi and Stranger In This Town era Richie Sambora, with Chad Kroeger (Nickleback), a generous helping of English AOR band Lost Weekend and Rob Mancini’s own signature style to make an album that sounds absolutely fantastic, an album that both nods to the past yet looks to the future Verdict? 9/10. Go buy this album, you’ll thank me for it later.”

“Nietzsche wrote, “Without the music the life would be an error”. With this “Rock ‘n Roll Circus” Rob Mancini corrects our disillusionments. And if your music is a cry that comes from within, know Rob, I heard it. It’s not a Rock ‘n Roll Circus. It’s an AOR Anthology- MASTERPIECE. Not less-”

“Clearly albums such as this deserves the backing of leading labels of the genre and could have developed into an international highlight in 2011 melodic rock had it been supported by professional management. One can only imagine what greatness Mancini is capable of if given proper support and budget. Rock’n’Roll Circus is indeed the melodic rock underdog of the year. Rating: 8/10”

“A very interesting release containing some really strong tracks with nice arrangements and very good melodies.”

“I implore anybody that calls themselves a fan of AOR and melodic rock music to seek this one out. 9/10”
