“Chicago Artist Philosopha's latest single "Strong" featured on his #TooDope project available @ livemixtap.es/n7n”

“Chicago rapper Philosopha is back with the 3rd single off his forthcoming Too Dope album. The new single “Strong” is a trap banger that offers up another round of new-age hip hop. A laid back track in which Philosopha conveys his certainty of becoming the next biggest artist out of Chicago, “Strong” also hints at certain aspects of his lifestyle.”

“Philosopha - Strong [Unsigned Artist]”

“Philosopha’s third single off of Too Dope. Strong is Produced by Trill Gates and Directed by Dada Creative. Too Dope is available at Live Mixtapes.”

“Philosopha - Strong / VBOX7”

“Produced by KingzOf, Philosopha’s single ‘Trippin’ is the latest track from his recently released ‘Too Dope’ mixtape. Featuring a mix of choppy percussions supported by Philosopha’s taunting vocal style and elaborate lyrics. ‘Trippin’ is one of his best masterpieces yet. ‘Too Dope’ is available at LiveMixtapes and Datpiff.”

“Produced by KingzOf, Philosopha’s single, “Trippin” is the latest track from his recently released ‘Too Dope‘ mixtape.”

“Chicago’s Philosopha has released the latest single from his recently released “Too Dope” album. Produced by LawBeatz, his new single “Dope” features the two-time Grammy Award winning artist Really Doe – a dynamic combination of two of Chicago’s best in the city’s hip hop game.”

“Chicago has become something of a rap music hub in the last few years with a lot of new artists emerging from the area. “Philosopha” with his new album, “Too Dope” seems to be focusing more on quality than involving himself in the drama and infighting idiocy that often plagues the Chicago hip hop scene. He has a unique delivery that is slow and deliberate, almost hypnotic…with a lot of well timed pauses and echos. The song “Trippin” is a good example of this. If there’s one thing that really comes across with Philosopha’s jams, it is how casually upbeat they are. Not really a trace of anger or melancholy in the tone or the lyrics either. This is a guy who has it together and is making legit music. Just straightforward and chill throughout each jam. The production on these tracks is smooth and professional, radio quality. There’s not much negative I could say about this although he has a strong voice and some of the electronic processing on it in certain parts seem”

“Mikey Dollaz Feat. Murf Dilly x Philosopha - Off Drugs [Chicago Unsigned Artist]”

“Hailing Chicago as “truly one of the greatest places to visit in the US,” Philosopha is a man of all season, who prefers things to not stay the same. His most influential albums that get him in a creative mode are “ATliens” by Outkast, Jay Z’s “Black Album,” and 50 Cent’s “Get Rich or Die Trying.” From colossal presentation to grand scales sound, they helped shape the creativity and prowess that Philosopha carries on stage and in the studio. The journey that an artist has to create a signature sound is shaped by the influences that inspire him and the producers that provide the soundtrack to his voice. Philosopha hails from Maywood, a rough area outside the Westside of Chicago. Artists like Andre 3000, Bun B., and 8ball and MJG inspired Philosopha to make street music that still maintained lyrical creativity. Philosopha met the two main architects of his sound at Noise Gate Studio. There he linked up with his producers Law Beatz and Zoemane who nurtured his talent”

“Following the recent success of the first single from his forthcoming Too Dope album, emerging rapper Philosopha has announced the release of his second single entitled “Work”. The edgy street track features popular Chicago rapper Mikey Dollaz as he teams with Philosopha to reveal an unsuspecting storyline of staying focused and motivated.”

“Work" is Philosopha's follow up to his last single "All I Know" which will be available on his upcoming album Too Dope”

“Chicago artist Philosopha want’s to invite you into his world. In his new video “Work,” himself and and fellow Chiraq rep Mikey Dollaz tell you vividly about a day in the life of young hustlers in the windy city’s urban sprawl. The hustle hard streets of his hood provided the back drop and Philsopha and Mikey provide their own brand of daily news and reports from a cash only industry. The two emcees have distinctly different styles which keeps the track fresh all the way through. They take us from rollin the streets, to in and out of kitchens where the hottest thing in there isn’t on the stove, you’ll see what I’m sayin. This video is off the heels of the lead off single “All I Know” from Philosopha’s upcoming album entitled “Too Dope” slated for release this summer. Currently he is on tour building up buzz for the project release and giving fans a live taste of the high powered album. We recently got to catch up with Philosopha and ask him about his new p”

“There is a lot of musical artists who are simply failures. I’ll be direct and to the point, because you know it’s true. “Philosopha say relax, you’re quite safe here. (Bonus points if you understand the Zang Tuum Tumb in what I just wrote out.) Last week, Philosopha made things look easy. The man is still taking it easy, and he’s showing us what he does by telling us this week to “Relax”. He is able to chill out a bit on the streets of Maywood, Illinois, at least in the video where a good portion of it was shot near the corner of Lake & NE 5th, hanging out by the train tracks and showing off what may one of his favorite rib joints. The video has a nice homemade vibe, there are shows where his face is blurred and the background is crystal clear, but I love that. Mix that with a song where he shares his ways of enjoying times of coolness and it’s quite casual. In the words of John Fogerty, Philosopha is down on the corner and out in the street being himself, no facades.”

““Big man on campus, serving Pete Sampras, have a seat, son I’m Chris Hansen.” Philosophia is an indie artists from the great city of Chicago, Illinois.
