Hey Erik Jurado Experience,
I just checked out your music and I enjoyed "Keep on Raining". I am an Artist Relations rep for BRP, the largest artist booking company in the music industry. We book the biggest venues in Los Angeles and unsigned artists to open for National acts. I came across you guys online and was interested in checking out your music. I thought I would introduce myself and hopefully help you guys out. Go to BRP's website and fill out your booking information. Be sure to mention you were referred by me.
Have a great day,
Sara BRP Artist Relations
Thank you for your interest - it is very flattering. Unfortunately, I do all of the instruments myself, so that would be very difficult trying to perform. LMAO!!! But still, you made my day, and I appreciate that.
that new song is fucking insane... awesome! love the intro, for you starting in the end of 2009 you got some major talent
erik brotha! (sic) glad to see/hear u on rn. someday i'll follow up on mixP, but rn is more user friendly to post. we should find a way to do some work together. perhaps soundcloud files.we're about a week away from recording again with a session drummer. also found one to help us go "live." so more iron age woosh is on the way. hehe. liking your new stuff too. stay in touch. kp
Some really good new stuff Erik. Keep up the good work.
You feel it in this Music Erik, this stuff is amazing! I am really diggin Find my way back home (listening over and over, and learning), you have so much talent man. I'd love to change the World is new too...very very cool! Good job brother. I did listen to the radio interview by the way, you did an excellent job!
Give me your address and I'll send you one of the 25 CD's I made. It is nice to hear that someone likes your stuff once in a while. I was making a couple of adjustments andI lost the Garageband tracks for I'd Love to Change the World – except the drums – and re-recorded it last night. It was WAY easier the second time! I should do that from now on... then my tunes would be awesome!
The interview was funny... I had an emergency supply to make JD & cokes if things went wrong and when I first started hearing the show repeating on the computer – I took a humongous swig! Then when it kept repeating – I took another! I ended up having about 3 or 4 drinks during the show... the last one was to celebrate that I didn't mess up too badly once the repeating had stopped.
I have to get back to my new tune that needs to be taken care of now that I finished I'd Love to Change the World. If you'd like to help out and let me know what kind of lyrics you think it sounds like it needs, that would be cool if you had the time... hey, if you have some good lyrics for it you could even use those. I am finding that writing lyrics takes WAY too much time away from the music part. I asked another friend but no reply yet. So let me know what you think:
It's always good to hear from you!
