An average musician focuses on vintage everything, the instruments themselves, and then the songs, and then comes the musician. Vintage is nice, but vintage is just that VINTAGE. Today and tomorrow are the present and future and music should be looked at as present and future, not sounding like some vintage musician or their instruments or songs. Yes, one must learn from the past but not live there. The past is just the basic foundation of whats to come: New and Fresh! Like this right here!
