Here is our not so secret plan..We plan on packing this place...and spill out into the road...close to the road and have a kick-_ss night. Our Friday May 4th GIG at RW's BBQ RT 202 in Brookfield CT is starting at 7PM!!! So come on out for BBQ and Beer, and Mini golf too! - Ice Cream and Dancing...We hope to have over 100 people there dancin' on the deck into the night. We have some new songs ready, and will have special guests, some you have seen and some you have not seen yet! More info to come...stay tuned..and work up an appetite for BBQ and Close to the Road...Oh YEAH! And since it is Cinco de Mayo the next day, we will party till midnight and celebrate that too!

Close to the Road had a suprise sax player show up Saturday night at the Lumberyard Pub. So he sat in for "Feelin' Alright". You can hear the "Saturday Night" live recording here, top song on the Song List:
The band did not even know who he was except he introduced himself as "Sean from NYC". After an amazing performance, the band figured it out Sunday who the "Mystery Man" is. Just a little over 2 weeks until our March 24th Saturday night show at the Lumberyard Pub in Georgetown CT.
