I am a booking agent with Gorilla Music, and am putting together a show at DNA Lounge on December 15th. I discovered Wisdom on Reverb Nation, and wanted to see if the band is available to play. The show will be headlined by one the Gorilla Music Battle of the Bands Finals winners, Thanks For Leaving, who will be celebrating their EP release.
The show will be a 5:30 pm start time and will run until midnight. Each band will have a 30 minute set, with 15 minute changeover/linecheck in between. This is a pre-sale ticket event ($10) and bands will be paid at check in according to their pre-sale ($2/ticket 30-50 sold, $3/ticket 50-99 sold, $4/ticket 100-149 sold, $5/ticket 150+ sold).
The Gorilla Takeover events are great opportunies for exposure to local music fans and networking with other motivated local rock bands. If you are available, email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) or give me a call at 267 687 7998 and we can discuss further details.
I look forward to hearing back from you!
What a great show we had tonight. All the bands were fantastic. Radio Revolt played their classic hit, lord i'll die a dirty ol' man. Good stuff. Now it's time to get ready for our next show, this thursday at Lounge 3411. We plan on doing to long sets. Fun, fun fun.
Holy Shit! Did we kill it tonight! What a great show, everyone in the band brought there A game. We had so much fun playing. Thanks to everyone, and I mean everyone who took the time to watch, dance and shake to us.
-The Dirty Hand Family Band
The Dirty Hand Family Band are looking to play on Halloween and New years eve. If anyone is looking for a good ol' Country/Rockabilly/Gospel/Blues band, or have any good suggestions.
What a great couple of shows we played this weekend, Antioch and Sacramento. The Rootstock Festival was so good. Thanks to all that came out and supported. Can't wait to do it again. Videos coming soon.
