Atlanta, GA, August 01, 2013– The challenge with introducing such a talented individual is where to begin. Sticking to the music side of this amazing entertainer, JASON is releasing full length album August 26, 2013 in all major digital music stores worldwide. JASON804 and Big Boyz Music have been teasing the public with singles and guest appearances since Christmas last year. Promise of a new studio album (JASON’s 3rd) was beginning to look like just that…a promise. That’s not to say JASON wasn’t working, his popularity has only grown in the time frame and the demand has only risen for any and everything JASON. This August JASON804 aka J Boy releases his studio album properly titled “Mind of a Champion”. JASON says this is his most complete album, full of emotion and inspiration. He says “don’t get it confused this isn’t no gospel or R&B album. It is definitely our brand of Hip-hop…that “Feel Good Music.” If you listen to the words it will challenge and inspire you to do more with what you have and find more of what you don’t have somewhere else to make things happen.” The anticipation built from singles “Feeling so Alive”, the visuals from “B.A.M.” and the teasers of “Forbidden Love” and “Defiance” has put this album in high demand. November 2011 @JASON804 introduced the character “SLIM” (@dcSlimdidit) to the world with the single “Ya’ll Comin” produced by @bigboyzmusic. The character is the lead role for a new web series entitled “The Label”, a episodic series about a new record label ran by a young couple and their misfit roster of talented artist. The production company put a hold on the project to focus on their feature film which JASON also appears in as well as other upcoming events. The news just hit the wire that the entire season has been written and the production schedule has been set. I caught up with JASON and asked him how he felt about getting back into the character? He said:
“I’m super excited to get back to the character, I just love to put in work. I actually put a lot of work into developing this character including writing and recording his lead single. I’m ready to give the people a performance and put up more points. You have seen me play the comedic lead character Jackson on “The Crib,” now you get to see my range”
The entire cast & crew including @JASON804 will begin filming this July with a tentative release of fall 2012! So get ready for JASON804 as the troubled, confused, yet super talented “SLIM” in “The Label” written and directed by Henderson Mattox. Since November a lot has happened in the life and career of JASON804, I don’t know about you but I’m ready for this project…Ya”ll Coming?!

remember in school studying the copper age, the ice age, the industrial age and so on and so forth. I’m not so sure they would’ve called it that while they were in it, living it. I believe that same thing is happening to us right now, when our era is studied the minds will group this time and name it “The Digital Age.” Let’s face it the digital age has taken over our lives! Especially in the entertainment industry, mp3 downloads, digital music stores, streaming movies, ebooks, emags, live stream of television shows and sporting events, google virtual wallet, etc. Well JASON has never been one to shy away from change, always growing with the business. JASON804 has always embraced the internet radio and emagazine community, doing countless interviews. JASON’s first album was digital and hard copy retail sold on the east coast and southeastern states. His next four releases (singles and full length) have been strictyly digital releases (all available on the ride side panel of this site ==).
