Winter Revelry Concert Nov 17th, Please Come!

WINTER REVELRY ~ NOT YOUR USUAL CONCERT A unique concert featuring Renaissance, Celtic and Old World winter themed tunes

Kindred Spirits will perform their 3rd annual winter concert at Swallow Hill Music venue in Denver on Sat., Nov. 17th, 2012 at 8pm.

Kindred Spirits is comprised of four remarkable musicians who have a passion to musically entertain with a repertoire of Renaissance, Celtic, and folk tunes of old Europe. Instrumentation includes Celtic harp, cello, flute, viola, violin, guitar, accordion, piccolo, fiddle and Irish Bouzouki (an instrument from the lute family similar to an octave mandolin).

At this concert these merry musicians will feature material with a winter theme. Kindred Spirits members like to fondly refer to their repertoire as the “Hits of the 16th century” or any century from 11th to 18th as this is the period from which most of their pieces are drawn.
