First of all, THANK YOU for helping us be voted the #1 Rock Band in the Capital Region. You are the best fans, and we love playing for you, so with this new honor we are setting out to prove that we are even better than #1. First of all, the show at the Putnam Den on March 18th is going to be huge. The band Hank and Cupcakes had to drop off, but we are still going to be bringing all the excitement you have come to expect with our shows. Glens Falls band The Cosmonauts have been added to the bill with us and Severe Severe, with possibly another band jumping on as well. Our dancers, painters and crafters will be on hand, and if you haven't seen us in a while, we are going to be playing 3 NEW SONGS that will give you a taste of what is to come from Skeletons in the Piano. Catcher's Mitt, a short theme, and Please Don't Die, and scrolling epic, we have played out at the last show at Bogies. The newest song, Loose Kites in Harbor, will be played for the first time anywhere on March 18th. Also, Eli just upgraded to a beautiful Fender Jaguar guitar, so you have to hear this baby in full effect! This show has it all, so you don't want to miss it.
Next up, our music video for "Sarcoughogus" will finally be released on the internet in the next couple weeks. We shot this with our friend and owner of Pop2Media Productions Bryon Dormandy, and after a lot of tweaking and special effects we are finally ready to show it to the world, so look for it on Youtube. And if you aren't a fan of our channel on Youtube, what are you waiting for? Pianoskeleton is the name, and there you can find all our live videos, and some funny scketches we do when we aren't rocking.
Finally, to further thank you all for your support, we will be holding a FAN APPRECIATION show in late May at the Putnam Den. What is that you may ask? Well, we will be playing an extended set and sharing the stage with our good friends The Killeradoes, there will be raffles, live art, giveaways, and most importantly, A FREE FOUR SONG EP of some new and old material for everyone who attends. And the best part, it's a free show as well. Just a little something to show you how appreicated you are in the Skeletons family. Stay tuned for some big news on the horizon, new shows, new merchandise(umbrellas??) and new songs! Help us make 2011 even better than 2010!

2014!
Well hello new year! We are really excited for 2014 because we have a lot of new stuff on the horizon, as well as a lot planned to make this the year of Skeletons in the Piano!. First up, we are playing for our LAST TIME EVER at Valentines in Albany on JAN 9. It will be bittersweet, so come on out and have a good time with us one last time on that stage. Next up, we have a FREE APP available to all Android Phone users. We are pretty excited to be able to connect with our fans right in the palm of their hands. If this goes well, we will hopefully be making the app available for iPhones later this year.
Finally, we are looking towards the future, and we have some really rocking new material we can't wait to start releasing for you! Also, we will be hitting the road this year a TON, so make sure you keep up to date with our schedule and if you don't see us coming to your town, just shoot us a line and we will come rock you in person!

New School
So we just finished being the guest act for two classes at The New School of Radio and Televison in Albany, NY taught by our friends Dave and Chris. We were able to record some new and old stuff, and students have homework to each mix a song. Pretty neat experience. If everything goes as planned, we will have a BRAND NEW, SUPER SPECIAL four song disc for you, our fans, in the coming months. But even before that, we should have one of our new songs, Long Pig, hopefully up on the internets for your listening pleasure by early March. Stay tuned, and check back with us every week for new things on the horizon....
