Fame is fleeting. We were #4 on the R & B Hot Charts yesterday, and today we are #12. I'd advise when you have a great ranking on Reverbnation....promote, promote, promote....because 24 hours can make a helluva difference...Im just saying. So, now I will focus on being #22 on our R & B local chart and watch that for a day or so.
I also noticed that there is not a genre called DANCE. So, I need to change my genre from DANCE to POP. Don't really like that word, but if the word "POP" translates into gigs and dollars, Pop, it is! Have a resourceful day!

Alright. I was spending several hours a day trying to find my 373 classmates from Wheatley High School, San Antonio, and my husband was getting highly p'd because it was non-stop on Facebook. So, one day he told me to use those hours for something meaningful, and goal-oriented. Well, I found searching for my classmates to be both meaningful and goal-oriented, but he was specifically talking about the way in which we feed our family---through music.
So, my sister Karen told me about Reverbnation, and here we are. We've always had original music. We've always sent our music out for others to hear. We always written a monthly newsletter for our friends and fans, but Reverbnation puts all of that together in a neat little package. I think I love the statistics most of all. That, I would never have dreamed of. It's really enlightening. I also like the ranking. It's nice to know your music has a place somewhere other than your computer file. Thanks Reverbnation. Here's too a long friendship.
