(AllHipHop.com News) Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy is planning to drop a mini-movie to go along with his recently released mixtape, titled Juice.
The Juice mixtape, which hit the Internet on April 20th, features guest appearances by Roscoe Dash, Diamond, J. Money, Lil B., Tonio, Calico Jones, 2 Chains and Kwony Cash.
Soulja Boy said the inspiration behind the mixtape came as he watched the classic 1992 movie "Juice," which starred Tupac Shakur, Omar Epps, Jermaine "Huggy" Hopkins and Khalil Kain.
"I was in LA a couple of months ago and I was watching the 'Juice' movie and I was like 'Damn bro! Tupac, extra turned up in that movie!' I was just doing my One Up Mixtape, so I was like 'I’m gonna call my next mixtape 'Juice,'" Soulja Boy told AllHipHop.com.
According to Soulja Boy, he is finishing up a mini-movie for the album that he hopes to premiere on BET later this year.
"My close friend and I was like 'man I want to do a mini-movie' and so we got the budget together," Soulja Boy told AllHipHop.com. "We were in pre-production and people reached out and wanted to be a part of the movie."
The Juice mini-movie, which recently started filming in Atlanta.
The 45-minute film will be directed by Dale "Rage" Resteghini, who shot the video for Soulja Boy's "Kiss Me Through the Phone."
Rage has also directed videos for Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Jim Jones, Guns-N-Roses, Fall Out Boy and others.
"BET is going to premiere it and its going to come with like three music videos off of the mixtape," Soulja Boy told AllHipHop.com. "It's going to be a movie that I want people to check it out."

I got this from the editor and was told to add it. Did you think Tupac was lyrical? Well, YG doesn't Compton's own YG has started some controversy. He opens up about his start in the game, and being the originator of the Jerk Movement. He emphasizes his youth fanbase and how it helped him to ultimately receive support from his idol, Snoop Dogg. In regards to his relationship with 50 and G-Unit, he explains how Lloyd Banks helped him out when a New York club wasn't having him. On the topic of being lyrical versus making hits, YG explains that he's more focused on making hits then being considered a lyrical artist. He admits that he started rapping to get back at someone, but says that if he "wanted to be a lyrical artist he could be one". He also goes further saying Lil Wayne and Drake are lyrical, but Tupac Shakur wasn't lyrical and that "he just told the truth." Ms. Drama did the interview...now watch it.

Wyclef Says "Fugees Aren't Meant To Be Again"
Despite a brief 2004 reunion, recent shows from Lauryn Hill, and making amends with Pras, Wyclef Jean says that there's no chance the Fugees will record together again. "I saw Pras on the flight and as a Fugees member I didn't know whether to elbow him, shoot him or give him a kiss and we gave a hug (sic)," explained Clef in an interview with BBC. "When it comes to Lauryn and Pras, it's my childhood, they always bring me to that place," he explained, clearly feeling the nostalgia many Fugees fans feel to this day. "Bono's U2 calls The Fugees the Hip Hop version of the Beatles. It was the first band of Hip Hop in our generation." Unfortunately, while Wyclef has fond memories of the Fugees' past, he has no optimism for their future. "At the end of the day Pras is my brother and Lauryn is my sister, despite what the media say. The Fugees are not meant to be. We're rock stars from a locked group. You're going to have egos and differences but at the end of the day I love them both very much."

Prince Says The Internet is Dead (He Talkin' Stupid)
So this week, while all the blogosphere was abuzz about George Michael's SEVENTH car crash, LeAnn Rimes' controversial canoodling pics with boyfriend Eddie Cibrian, Crystal Bowersox's new teeth, Liz Phair's credibility-killing new musical direction, and the Grammys' revised eligibility rules, the World Wide Web itself was under attack by Prince, aka The Artist Formerly Known As The Internet's Biggest Supporter. Yes, online readers, according to His Purple Majesty's new royal decree, the Internet is kaput. Over. Finished. You may as well turn off this website and go back to your abacus now.
"The Internet's completely over," Prince declared to England's Daily Mirror, sounding like he's ready to party not quite like it's 1999, but more like '79. "I don't see why I should give my new music to iTunes or anyone else [digitally]. They won't pay me an advance for it, and then they get angry when they can't get it....All these computers and digital gadgets are no good. They just fill your head with numbers and that can't be good for you."
Prince's rejection of all thing Interweb came as quite a shock, considering that the man was once seemingly completely besotted with the digital revolution. For a man who very publicly battled with his record label, Warner Bros., because he wanted to release more product than Warner was willing to, a guy with hundreds of unreleased songs under his purple belt, it seemed like the perfect means to get all that music to the fans, eliminating the middleman.
So after Prince escaped from the clutches of Warner Bros. in the mid-'90s, he released a series of increasingly little-heard albums on his own label, NPG Records--some of which were only available through (you guessed it) the Internet. And even as recently as March 2009, Prince was introducing a heavily promoted new subscription website, LotusFlow3r.com; for an annual membership of $77, fans would theoretically not only get the digital version of the three-CD set he was releasing through Target at that time, but loads of new and unreleased material unavailable anywhere else. But as the Wall Street Journal reported this past April, the website turned out to be a bust, at least for the disgruntled followers who never got the stream of rarities and bonuses they were expecting. And just as the mercurial Prince put the kibosh on his New Power Generation Music Club subscription site back in 2006, early this year he gave the order for the LotusFlow3r.com site to be shut down as well.

Why Lil'Ru Got Knocked Out LOL
Hopefully, this gets resolved, but I suspect it won’t. Here is what somebody over at SheBloggin.com told me.
I recently did an interview with the babymama of Def Jam artist Lil Ru where she told me in detail how neglectful he is with their 7 year old son. She went on to expose that he has 7 confirmed children and 2 possible, one of which is supposedly by Real Chance of Love 2 contestant, Junk. She says he does not support their son at all, and has even threatened to kill her all because she stays on his ass about not being a good father.
In part two of the interview, she explains what really happened in an altercation between Lil Ru and fellow South Carolina popular rapper, Boss G. The altercation took place this past weekend between the two rappers and their associates and was filmed. After watching the footage, several conclusions were drawn, including that Boss G struck Lil Ru's girlfriend several times (the girl in the yellow). But Dame, Lil Ru's babymama was front and center (in the green shirt in the video) and saw first hand what happened.
