Check this really pissed off rant I sent to Xbox live after I had to deal with the worst customer service EVER!
The people I spoke to gave me the worst customer service I've EVER! experienced. They did not listen to what I'd asked them to do first of all:
I asked for: 1.) One credit card ending in 6734 to be removed from my account several weeks ago, and it never happened until I found out on this day that they had actually removed BOTH credit cards on the account and cancelled my x-box live service without sending me a reactivation email.
2.) I'd asked that since YOU GUYS didn't follow through with what you'd said you would do a long time and and remove my card.. (6734) from the account that you would refund the charge that I had mistakenly made on this card. I went on to make a purchase thinking that you HAD done what you guys said you would do and figured that the default and ONLY card that should have been on my account was the one ending in 7725 and the one that I made the purchase with. When I called in to talk with someone I first was hung up on and then later left to sit for almost 20 minutes with the voice automated system. Then I had to hang up and call back a 3rd time to deal with your system again and finally got a hold of a supervisor. This supervisor of course was not able to help refund the charge that never should have happened and now I've got a charge on my card thanks to you guys at a higher % interest than the student loan transfer that has to be paid in full before the CC company will allow me to pay off your charge. This will cost me a significant amount more in interest over time and will wipe out the anticipated gains that I'd planned on receiving from having made the student loan transfer to the CC in the first place.
THANKS A LOT! I will not be purchasing anything from your online marketplace again. In fact I'm so dissapointed with Microsoft in general that if you didn't have such a monopoly, I would never use any of your products, hardware or software again! You're lucky apple's interface is made for fucking two year olds!
Also, I hope you are aware that your system of selling point values that are never equal to the point values of the products sold is an ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICE CALLED TYING and I fully intend to report you to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Might want to let Bill know about that...
***(For those of you who didn't know: If any business forces a customer to by a 2nd product in order to complete their purchase of a first product, it is called TYING, and it is an illegal business practice. The state fair does it too.... This country is full of fucked up illegal shit that we let them get away with because not enough people are informed. NOW YOU ARE)***
