Today I came back from the Studio and me and José Alberto worked on the post production of Mother. We had some unfinished recordings and this week Sergio Saes and Lacerda made the final recording. I am sure you all will like it. Come visit often, we will post the song in a few days.

The pedal board is cabled and ready for use. But... I have just bought a Boss Compressor CS-2, made in Japan in 1986, very rare. It should be here in about one month. Then I will have to reorganize cables in the pedal board once again. Will post pictures of the current layout soon.

The pedal board now has a new layout. I cut some pieces of wood to lift the back pedals. Tonight I should start re-cabling it to be ready to use on the weekend. I am sorry, no pictures today. Will post one when the board is ready.

O novo pedal da Top Tone é excelente. Fiz testes bem rápidos durante o feriado de Páscoa e me deparei com uma gama enorme de possibilidades. Nas próximas semanas devo desmontar todo meu conjunto de pedais e começar novos testes para descobrir em que ponto da cadeia inserir o Light Drive.

The new Top Tone pedal is awesome. I made very quick tests during the Easter holiday and I found out this pedal is very flexible and has several applications. In the next weeks I will lower all my pedals from the board and start new tests to figure out where in the chain Light Drive will lie.

Mais um pedal da Top Tone está sendo integrado ao equipamento do guitarrista Paulo Pedroso. O pedal deve possuir um som de distorção bem suave, parecido com um dos pedais do Pete Cornish. Aguardem vídeos de teste.

A primeira música já está mapeada. Juntamos pedaços de algumas JAMS que fizemos em um MP3 para termos uma idéia do que será a música. O próximo passo é trabalhar melhor cada parte da música e fazer as emendas, que ainda não existem.

The first music is now mapped. We put together several JAMS pieces on an MP3 just to get the whole idea of what the music will be. Next step is to work on the details of each part and build the bridges that doesn't exist yet.

Pedal board ready
