Show This Friday Night.

Happy summer everyone! I will be playing at the North Folk Winery this Friday from 5:30 - 7:30. My buddy Dean Severson will join me on pedal steel. We both hope you can attend. http://www.northfolkwinery.com/ NFW has their pizza oven running every Friday, so come hungry for music and pizza.

As always, thanks for all of the support you have giving me. Let's make 2015 a great one! Chris NFW is located in Stark,MN which is about 7 miles east of Cambridge. For those coming from the Twin cities it is about an hour up I-35.

I'm Back.

Well, after many months of getting a new brewery up and running (check out Beaver Island Brewing Company), I'm heading back down the music road. Starting off, I will doing a show at The Veranda in downtown St. Cloud, MN this Thursday night, April 2nd from 8-11pm. My friends Erlend Aasland and Tale Fjell Egeberg from Norway will be joining me. They are fantastic "Norwegicana" artists and I am very excited to introduce them to all of you. Both are multi instrumentalists with many projects in their home land. Search You Tube for the Aasland Brothers and be ready for some Johnny Cash goose bumps. Dean Severson will join us on pedal steel. Also of note, I will be warming up my good friend Charlie Roth for his CD release party at the Pioneer Place Theater April 28th. It's going to be a real good time with Ross Vaughan joining me on mandolin. Monthly dates at The Veranda start in May. I will update my schedule here soon with those dates and other upcoming shows. As always, thanks for all of the support you have giving me. Let's make 2015 a great one!

Fields of Our Fathers

Hi folks, Just wanted to send a Winter greeting to everybody and give you a update on the progress of the upcoming CD "Fields of Our Fathers". It's been one of the coldest winters in recent memory, and it slowed things down on the CD for a while. We are now back at it, and things are moving along nicely. I would like to thank all the amazing musicians who have worked on it so far. Things are sounding great as we start to mix some of the songs. Still some tracking to get done, but I think we are over the hump. Can't wait for all of you to hear it. Stay warm out there!
