It has taken five years, but am finally going to be headlining at my first big festival. So very excited, so happy that I have not given up on my dream. While the CD project will not be ready for relase for this event :(, I do hope to have it ready for early 2014. (Stay tuned, I'll be sharing my experience and lessons learned in the hopes to have some good tips for you all who may be thinking of doing it.) Perseverance, and a little help from Above....don't ever ever give up!

"The squeaky wheel gets the oil." Something to be said about perseverance and persistance. Making calls, sending e-mails, trying to get the gigs. It's hard work, but I love it...perhaps because I have such a desire to do well, to not only help myself, but the guys in my band. It's such a huge responsibiity and yet, I welcome the challenge. Trying to create something that is meaningful always takes effort...I only know that I can't do it on my own...I need some Divine guidance and blessing.
I don't worry about failing; I only fail when I don't try. Keep reaching for the dream.

November 9, 2013~Headlining at City of Rancho Mirage's 13th Annual Art Affaire
