First El Rancho Jam Turns Heads

The first weekly jam at El Rancho was a blast. NSP started it up with an original and a couple of covers. We were surprised by guitarist extrordinaire (and possibly the love child of BB King and Stevie Ray Vaughn) Pat Reyes and the octopus himself, drummer Gilbert Rosas. I joined them for a funky blues jam and a improvised metal/funk/punk jam. The crowd seemed to enjoy it and the owner was please, so it's on again next week. The bar is reporting that they have been getting calls asking when we are playing again, so things are looking good! Rehearsal is Sunday for the Noble-Steele Project. We hope to have enough originals to do showcase gigs by fall, so.......

Peace, Pat

I kinda liked that improve jam you and Gilbert did with the handsome chunky guy on bass.
