2012: New material coming out from The B-Stars

We have just released a brand-spankin' new single on 7" vinyl, yes, vinyl! Crazy man, crazy, you might say, but we feel that the vintage music scene today demands more than a digital iTunes file, and frankly, it just sounds better! The single features two original songs by Greg and Eric, respectively, and will be available at all of our upcoming performances, as well as at Viva Las Vegas this year (we're not playing, just attending). Far away? write us, we'll get a copy out to you.

Look for a new full length album coming your way in August or September, folks!

2011 is Festival year for The B-Stars

This is the year that The B-Stars break out of the California confines that have molded the band for the past 4 1/2 years, as we head to the Pacific Northwest, Las Vegas, and over to Europe for the first time. This is pretty exciting, as we look forward to bringing our own brand of hillbilly music to some new folks and make a bunch of new friends.

This year will also mark our effort at putting together our sophomore album, which we expect to be out in late fall. Expect a whole new set of original tunes from Eric and Greg, as well as some fantastic slip-sliding steel guitar from our newest member Mikiya. Updates on this effort will be coming soon, so stay tuned, but in the meantime, we'd love to meet you all as we hit the road:

March 11: HWY 99 in Seattle March 12: Jubitz Ponderosa Lounge in Portland April 21: Viva Las Vegas rockabilly festival June 6: Screamin' Festival just north of Barcelona, Spain June 11/12: Ink-n-Iron Festival in Long Beach

cheers for now, G/E/M/Mr. Wonderful
