Hello!
Last year was a busy one and full of music, travel, and writing.
I've wrapped up work on my next instrumental guitar album 'The Raven' which is an audio tribute to Edgar Allan Poe. It's dark, moody, and mysterious, much like Poe's writing.
I also had three new instructional guitar books released, including 'Power Picking', 'The Guitarists Guide to String Bending and Vibrato', and 'The Stylistic History of Heavy Metal Guitar'.
More books are in the works!
In addition to my own music and writing, I've also been working in Jason Sturgeon's band and had quite a year with them last year.
The year began with a video shoot that began in Princeton, IN and ended in Las Vegas, NV.
We toured quite a bit and played shows in IN, IL, KY, MI, TN, GA, FL, and several other states and a variety of venues, including the House of Blues in Atlantic City, NJ.
It was a quite a year, and it looks as though this year is going to be just as busy and exciting.
